Staying Safe

Here at Bournemouth Day Nursery, we are taking the threat of Covid-19 extremely seriously and the health & welfare of our staff, the children & their families is our highest priority. In an effort to lower the risk, we have a number of safety procedures.

We have numerous ‘bubbles’ within the nursery including babies, 1-2-3s, pre-school, the kitchen & the office. Hand washing is encouraged frequently for everyone throughout the day. All of our toys & equipment are regularly rotated in & out of use to ensure proper sterilization & all office, changing & kitchen stations are regularly wiped down, as well as commonly touched surfaces such as banisters, doors & baby gates.

All staff wear full PPE during nappy changes & Gemma (Pre-school team leader) is even making her own masks for family & friends.
